This is a summary of how to access and manage your voicemail box, from your phone.
First, you need to dial into the system:

Press a pre-programmed “Vmail” or “Voicemail” speed dial button on your phone;

Call your own extension (e.g. 101);

Dial *97 - you’ll need to enter the mailbox number and PIN (you can also check other mailboxes with this method)
- You can also access your vm box from an 'outside' phone such as a mobile: dial in to your own extension, and when you reach your own voicemail greeting, press the star key ( * ).
If your voicemail box is already setup, you will be greeted with either of the following login requests:
■ “Please enter your mailbox number, then press #.”
■ Enter your mailbox number
■ “Please enter your password, then press #.”
■ Enter your PIN password
You will then hear the following greeting:

“You have ___ new and ___ saved messages.”

“To hear new messages, Press 1”

‘Change Settings’ Menu Navigation:
■ Press 1 to record or update your GREETING
■ See “Greeting/Name Menu Navigation” below...
■ Press 2 to record or update your NAME (for the Directory)
■ See “Greeting/Name Menu Navigation” below...

Press 3 to change or update your voicemail PIN password

Press 4 to set up a temporary greeting (this overrides your regular greeting until removed)

Press 5 to remove the temporary greeting and restore your regular greeting.

Press 0 to return to the Main Menu
Greeting/Name Menu Navigation:

Press 3 to RE-RECORD
