1 - While on a call, you'll see these softkeys at the bottom of the screen. You may need to tap 'more' to see the one we're looking for: the 'Confrnc' key.
2 - Press the 'Confrnc' key to open a new call, much like when you initiate a warm / attended transfer. The caller will be put on hold, and you'll hear a dialtone. Dial the intended third party, whether an internal extension or external phone number.
3 - When the third party answers, you'll see the same keys - press 'Confrnc' again to join the calls:
4 - You'll then have a 3-way call running. The phone will display a '3-person' icon on the left-hand side, and display 'Active: Conference' on the screen.
5 - You can use 'Split' to separate the call into two again, and hang up on one party only, or use 'End Call' to hang up both branches.
