'Remote Pickup' or 'Group Pickup' can be useful. Here is an example of how this feature works:
- Let's say you'e waiting to hear that a client has made payment on their account
- The accounting person has gone to lunch, and you let them know you'd take their calls in the meantime
- You hear their phone ringing, and would like to answer it from your phone. But HOW?
Here is how you can set this feature up:
1) First, log into the CloudPBX UI as an administrative user.
2) Click on the 'VoIP Services' / 'Callflows'.
3) Create a new callflow, and title it as you desire. We normally use '88+extension' for this feature, but you can of course use whatever you like. You can often combine this with a BLF key if you like, on many phone models, which is very convenient.

4) Click-and-drag the 'Advanced / Group Pickup' callflow object over to the callflow.

5) Specify which endpoint should be the target for this pickup action.

6) Here is the end result. Save the callflow, of course.

7) Ensure your endpoints' dial plans are configured in a manner that supports this dial code.
8) Test the remote pickup feature you've just configured.
