The example phone used here was a T48G, but these steps can be applied to all Yealink phones.
You can of course use DHCP Option66 to configure these phones, but here is how to do it manually via the UI if you need to.
1. Boot up the phone on your LAN, check the IP address it has been assigned.
2. Point a browser to that IP, and enter the default 'admin' username and password (admin/admin).

3. The phone's administrator UI will be presented to you. Click on the 'Settings' tab, from the top horizontal menu:

4. Then, click on the 'Auto Provision' tab from the left-side vertical menu:

5. On this page, enter the URL you've been given within the 'Server URL' box, and either clear out the 'Password' and AES key boxes, or enter the provided information within.

6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click the 'Confirm' button to save these settings. Then, click the 'Autoprovision Now' button. The phone will immediately request its' provisioning files from the specified server, then reboot once they have been downloaded.

Congratulations! You should now have a functional Yealink phone. Tweak settings as needed!
