Polycom VVX Phone | Exporting Manual Configuration Items

If you have made manual changes to your phone, we can take those settings and build them into configuration files for you.

If you export your settings, and provide us with the resulting file, we can use that to populate our templates.

Here is how you can export phone settings:

1 - Enter the phone's web configuration portal.

2 - Locate and select 'Utilities / Import & Export Configuration' from the horizontal menu bar, near the top of the page:

3 - Select 'All Configuration (except device settings)

4 - Click 'Export', and follow the dialogue to download a .cfg file.

Please provide us with that file, and we'll be able to confirm what your current, functional settings are.
