Here is a step-by-step process you can use to add numbers to your account - this is ONLY to be used for numbers you are 'porting in'.
If you enter an incorrect number here, on-net routing will be impacted, and all on-net calls for that number will start routing here. However, calls for the number will not route onto our network from the PSTN - you need to actually 'own' the number before adding it to the CloudPBX platform. You can use the 'Buy' dialogue to do this, if you're looking for a new number, or contact us at support (at) cloudpbx.ca.
Here's how you add numbers - using the 'Number Manager' app:
1 - Open the Number Manager app.

2 - Under 'Spare Numbers', click the 'Add' button:
3 - Add the number(s) in the correct format, and click the 'Begin Import' button. It will only error out if there is some kind of conflict, otherwise it will let you know the numbers have been added.
4 - Go to the 'Callflows' app, and click 'Add Callflow'. You'll see the below dialogue.
5 - Tap 'Click to add number', and select the new number from the list of available numbers.
6 - Tap 'Add', and then proceed to build out the Callflow as per usual.
